Blood Orange Reduction

Ingredients
Yield: approximately 2/3 cup

1 cup blood orange juice

1 cup blood orange juice
Directions
- In a small saucepan, bring the blood orange juice to a boil over medium-high heat.
- Boil until reduced by a third.
- Remove from heat and let cool.
