Campari Radler

campari radler beer cocktail

The housemade radler cocktails at 151 double down on the citrus, thanks to a combination of a Austrian grapefruit-flavored radler and lemon juice. This one in particular is laced with bittersweet Campari, yielding a kind of sudsy Americano.

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • Schöfferhofer Radler

Garnish: quarter wheel of grapefruit or orange

  1. Add the Campari and lemon juice to a chilled pint glass, and top with beer.
  2. garnish with a quarter wheel or grapefruit or orange.
