Cooper's Nightcap

Jamie Boudreau’s nightcap is meant to resolve a complex meal. The drink is versatile, “replicating an amaro for those times when one has a big dinner but the restaurant does not stock amari,” explains Boudreau. “Most restaurants will have the three ingredients listed, and [thus] a happy stomach can now be had in most places.”
