Thanksgiving Holiday Punch Cocktail Recipe

This super-simple, low-proof punch from Barnacle in Seattle is built on a base of amontillado sherry with the added fall flavors of cranberry liqueur, spicy Byrrh and a splash of soda.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces amontillado sherry
  • 1 1/2 ounces amontillado sherry
  • 1/2 ounce cranberry liqueur, preferably Clear Creek
  • 1/2 ounce cranberry liqueur, preferably Clear Creek
  • 1/2 ounce Byrrh
  • 1/2 ounce Byrrh
  • soda, to top
  • soda, to top

Garnish: lemon peel

Directions
  1. Build in a collins glass over ice and garnish with a lemon peel.
