At the now-closed New York bar The Beagle, Tom Richter built on the classic radler template by adding genever, falernum and orange flower water to the mix.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 3/4 ounce falernum
  • 3/4 ounce falernum
  • 1 ounce genever
  • 1 ounce genever
  • 2 dashes orange flower water
  • 2 dashes orange flower water
  • hoppy IPA, to top
  • hoppy IPA, to top

Garnish: lemon wheel

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a pint glass over cracked ice and top with beer.
  2. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
