This boozy cross between the Brooklyn and the Manhattan is the handiwork of former Milk & Honey bartender Enzo Errico. The drink builds on the Manhattan and Brooklyn’s classic whiskey base and doses it with the subtly bitter Italian vermouth, Punt e Mes, and sweetens it up with the addition of maraschino liqueur. While there a number of modern drinks that have played off the classic compositions of both the Manhattan and the Brooklyn, Errico’s is one of the more enduring modern riffs.
