Rivington Punch

The Rivington Punch marries two of the most classic spritzers—the wine spritzer and the Aperol Spritz—and dresses is it up in bright pink. A base of rosé wine combines with lightly bitter Aperol and the sweet fruit companions of elderflower and raspberry liqueurs to create this fuchsia summer bubbler. No punch or spritz would be complete without a fistful of fruit; in this case, it’s grapefruit to compliment the Aperol and strawberries for the liqueurs.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces rosé
  • 2 ounces rosé
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 1 1/2 ounces Aperol
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain
  • 1/2 ounce St. Germain
  • 1/4 ounce Combier Framboise
  • 1/4 ounce Combier Framboise
  • 1 ounce soda water
  • 1 ounce soda water

Garnish: grapefruit slice and strawberry slices

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a wine glass.
  2. Add ice and garnish with a grapefruit slice and strawberry slices.
