FAF Martini Recipe

Short for “Fancy as Fuck,” the star of this pricey ($30) high-end Martini is a “barrel-rested” small-batch gin from London, which adds a gentle golden tinge to the drink.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce Dolin Dry vermouth
  • 1 ounce Dolin Dry vermouth
  • 2 ounces Beefeater Burrough's Reserve gin
  • 2 ounces Beefeater Burrough's Reserve gin

Garnish: Castelvetrano olive, lemon twist

Directions
  1. In a mixing glass, combine all ingredients with ice.
  2. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Garnish with Castelvetrano olive and lemon twist.
