Wildair lands in the LES as the kid sister to the excellent tasting-menu-only Contra a few doors down on Orchard St. Unlike Contra, food here is à la carte, all paired nicely with wine director Jorge Riera’s well-edited wine list. Like Contra, Wildair focuses on natural wine, showing a particular affinity for the Loire Valley.
