Inspired by the Spaghett and the Camparty, this take on the beer spritz combines the bitter Italian soda Stappi with a nonalcoholic light lager. This is a drink that is less a recipe and more an idea that can be adjusted to your preferences. Add citrus if you like (grapefruit and it’s a bitter shandy, lemon and you stay within the bounds of the original), or leave it out and adjust the ratio of Stappi to pilsner, and go forth with confidence.
