In Distillery Cats, Parsons, the James Beard Award-winning author of Bitters and Amaro, profiles more than 30 of the world’s most famous distillery cats, alongside “interviews,” illustrations, trading card-style stat sheets with figures like “mice killed” and 15 cocktail recipes to enjoy alongside this essential cat lover’s tome.
