Tip Your Bartender is a social media initiative from PUNCH connecting our readers with bar teams across the country via Instagram. We’re asking select bartenders to share their drinks (albeit virtually) and encourage the PUNCH audience to “tip” during the economically uncertain times ahead.

Between March 30th and May 29th, for every dollar tipped to bar teams, the Bacardi family of brands has generously committed to matching it with an equal gift to our charitable partner, Restaurant Workers’ Community Foundation.

Rocky Mountain Raspberry

Tyler Davis, Pour Brothers Community Tavern | Fort Collins, Colorado

Wild raspberries along the trails in Rocky Mountain National Park provide inspiration for this simple, elegant sour. Averna and Chambord provide backbone to the blend of grapefruit and lime for a brisk, blush-colored cocktail that evokes a summer day spent outdoors.

1 ½ ounces Grey Goose vodka
1 ounce pink grapefruit juice
½ ounce Averna amaro
½ ounce Chambord raspberry liqueur
½ ounce lime juice

Garnish: skewered lime peel and raspberry

Stir ingredients over ice, then strain into a chilled coupe glass. Express lime oil from peel and rim glass. Garnish with lime peel and raspberry.

Order ingredients for this cocktail for delivery via Drizly.
