1 ½ ounce Teeling Irish Whiskey
1 ½ ounce coconut water
½ ounce simple syrup
½ ounce lemon juice (or squeeze of half a lemon)
½ ounce pineapple juice (or two pieces of pineapple muddled)
Garnish: a tropical or aromatic garnish of your choosing (pineapple frond, lime husk, orchid, orange twist, etc)
Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake until well-chilled and serve in a Collins glass over fresh ice.
