Jeff Jetton

Jeff Jetton is a Brooklyn and Washington D.C.-based writer, innovator and restaurateur. After spending 15 years with Marriott International, he spent six months traveling through Africa and Europe on a motorcycle. He is an owner of Toki Underground, the acclaimed 30-seat ramen restaurant in Washington D.C. that Eater awarded 'top five hottest restaurants in the country' and, more recently, 'Restaurant of the Year'. Jeff also develops projects at design and architecture firm Streetsense. Jeff holds a B.S. in Hotel and Restaurant Management from the University of Denver and an MBA in Finance and Real Estate from The George Washington University. He lives in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
