Rémy Robert (it rhymes with Amy Snowbear) is a New Orleans native who has her hometown to thank for her relentless obsession with food. She has worked on over 10 cookbooks with authors including Mark Bittman, Alon Shaya, Mason Hereford, and Cortney Burns. She’s passionate about low-brow cheeseburgers, fancy chocolate, elaborate DIY costumes and preferably a combination of the above.
