Ad Agency Rewards Employees with Beer

Time Card Lead

In order to get employees to complete their time sheets, Minneapolis ad agency Colle + McVoy has been reduced to bribing employees with beer. “Morning Edition” on NPR reports that the agency, after unsuccessfully trying to “shame” employees who hadn’t completed sheets by hanging wanted posters, reversed the situation and began offering beer instead. Upon completing a time sheet, employees can swipe a card, secure their tab and claim their prize. And as Mad Men has proven, an ad agency works best with a drink in hand.
