Bartenders in NoLa Try Their Luck As Restaurateurs

New Orleans’ food critic Brett Anderson takes a look at Cane & Table, a new restaurant from the team behind cocktail bar Cure, for The Times-Picayune. Anderson gives calls the establishment “game-changing” for its sophisticated bar and fabulous service. Lauding the bar team for stepping out of its comfort zone, he allows that, though the “food falls short of what’s found at the other ambitious local restaurants doubling as places to drop in just to drink,”  it’s also a “thought-provoking restaurant that will never be defined by food alone.”  [The Times-Picayune]
