Man in China Arrested for Spiking Booze with Viagra

According to Metro, the founder of Nine Springs Ecological Agricultural Development Company in China has been arrested for spiking his products with Viagra. Only identified as Mr Huang, the liquor maker purchased a kilogram of the drug, then “added it to his alcoholic beverages without mentioning it on the label.”

Huang admitted to his charges and confessed to China News Daily that his motivation was to “increase alcohol sales and make money faster” amidst stiff competition in the market. He believed that only a large dose would be harmful to customers, but conceded that he was breaking the law. [Metro] [Photo: Flickr/Julian Fong]
