(adj.) A catchall category for cocktails that use a non-alcoholic mixer, usually juice or soda, and served over ice in a tall glass, such as a Collins glass. These drinks usually contain the same amount of alcohol as their more diminutive compatriots, but are diluted by the mixer. Fizzes, highballs and Collins cocktails can be grouped into this family.
