Tied for first in our blind Negroni Sbagliato tasting, Abigail Gullo’s rendition was found to be classical, with a dry finish and notes of vanilla and creamsicle, and the prosecco showing strong at first sip.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce Campari
  • 1 ounce L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Rouge Aperitif
  • 1 ounce L.N. Mattei Cap Corse Rouge Aperitif
  • 2 ounces dry prosecco or cava
  • 2 ounces dry prosecco or cava

Garnish: orange twist

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a double rocks glass over ice.
  2. Stir to integrate.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
