Bar Agricole Punch

At the recently reopened Bar Agricole in San Francisco, the Agricole Rhum Punch with Red Wine is a riff on Charles Baker’s Obispo de Cuba, which is usually made with a dry Cuban rum. While almost all of Bar Agricole’s drinks comprise ingredients or spirits made by the bar, this recipe can be replicated at home with an aged agricole rhum and a light-bodied red wine.
