Banana Daiquiri

Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 1 ounce Jamaican rum, preferably Plantation
- 1 ounce white rum, preferably Plantation 3 Star
- 1 ounce banana liqueur, preferably Giffard Banane du Brésil
- 1/2 ounce demerara syrup (1:1, sugar:water)
- 1/2 ounce lime juice
- 1 banana
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
Garnish: lime wheel, umbrella
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a Hurricane glass.
- Garnish with a lime wheel and cocktail umbrella.
