Adam Bernbach plays off of the fruit and spice character found in Ayinger Bräu Weisse, an unfiltered Bavarian wheat beer, in the bar’s famous Bananas Is My Business. “It’s conceptualized around the various types of banana flavors in Hefeweizen,” says Bernbach. Rounded out with banana soda, white whiskey and a touch of bitter amaro, the drink recalls the flavors of fresh, roasted and candied banana.

- 2 ounces Hefeweizen beer, preferably Ayinger Bräu Weisse
- 1 1/2 ounces banana soda
- 1 ounce white whiskey, preferably High West Silver Oat Whiskey
- 1/2 ounce Amaro Nardini
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
Garnish: mint sprig
- Build the drink in a Collins glass over ice.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
