Light and fragrant, this easy-sipping twist on the Caipirinha was made for summer afternoons. Basil’s piquant clove aroma pairs particularly well with bianco vermouth’s vanilla notes, all heightened with the citrusy tang of lime.


Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces Martini bianco
  • 3 leaves basil
  • 2 wedges lime

  1. Add lime wedges and basil to a rocks glass and muddle.
  2. Add vermouth and top with crushed ice.
  3. Swizzle to mix.
