Bobby Heugel uses three Scotches in his riff on the Rusty Nail at his Japanese-inspired bar, Tongue-Cut Sparrow.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce Johnny Walker Black
  • 1/4 ounce Glenmorangie 10 Year
  • 1/4 ounce Highland Park 12 Year
  • 3/4 ounce Drambuie
  • 1 dash Angostura Bitters

Garnish: lemon twist

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass over ice and stir until chilled.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
