Caffè Tonic
A modern take on the bittersweet after-dinner refresher.

Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 2 ounces Averna
- 2 ounces cold brew coffee
- 2 ounces tonic water
Garnish: mint
Directions
- Add Averna and cold brew coffee to a chilled Collins glass filled with crushed ice.
- Stir or swizzle to combine.
- Top with chilled tonic water, adding more crushed ice if needed.
- Garnish with fresh mint.
