Ci Siamo’s Gin-Tonic

- 1 1/2 ounce gin, preferably Sweet Gwendoline
- 1/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
Garnish: red grapefruit half moon, fresh thyme sprigs, juniper berries
- Add the gin and lemon juice to a highball glass and stir to incorporate.
- Top with tonic water.
