Ci Siamo’s Gin-Tonic

At New York’s Ci Siamo, the Gin-Tonic changes seasonally. The late-winter iteration is garnished with grapefruit, thyme and juniper berries, while past spring variations have featured cucumber and dill.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounce gin, preferably Sweet Gwendoline
  • 1 1/2 ounce gin, preferably Sweet Gwendoline
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/4 ounce lemon juice
  • 3 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic
  • 3 ounces tonic water, preferably Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic

Garnish: red grapefruit half moon, fresh thyme sprigs, juniper berries

Directions
  1. Add the gin and lemon juice to a highball glass and stir to incorporate.
  2. Top with tonic water.
  3. Garnish with a red grapefruit half moon, fresh thyme sprigs and juniper berries.
