Colaroso Fever-Tree

The inspiration for this drink is the pebble, or cobbled, ice used in soft drinks at the drive-in chain Sonic. “I really love cobbled ice with my cola,” Emilio Salehi says. “It makes the drink super cold.” Mixed with amaro and oloroso sherry, this low-alcohol drink yields “equal parts nostalgia and sophistication!”

Ingredients
  • 4 ounces Fever-Tree Distillers Cola
  • 4 ounces Fever-Tree Distillers Cola
  • 1 ounce Amaro CioCiaro
  • 1 ounce Amaro CioCiaro
  • 1 ounce oloroso sherry
  • 1 ounce oloroso sherry

Garnish: orange twist

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass, and stir to combine.
  2. Fill glass with cobbled (pebble) ice. Stir again.
  3. Garnish with orange twist.
