Similar to an old “puff” cocktail (spirit + milk + soda), this creamy highball from London’s Team Lyan has the coating finish of a milkshake, albeit in a much lighter, summery form.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce bourbon
  • 1 ounce cognac
  • 1 ounce whole milk
  • 1/2 ounce passionfruit syrup, preferably Monin
  • 3 dashes ginger bitters
  • soda water, to top

Directions
  1. Build over ice in a highball glass and top with chilled soda water.
