Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces St-Germain
  • 1 ounce cachaça
  • 1/2 ounce fresh lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce fresh grapefruit juice
  • 2 ounces cava, to top

Garnish: cucumber wheel

  1. Shake all ingredients except the cava.
  2. Strain into a coupe and top with the cava, then garnish with a cucumber wheel.
