Imagine a spritz with the sweet, sour, refreshing zip of a Pimm’s Cup and you have Keith Larry’s Dandelo. Refreshing, effervescent and low-ABV, Larry insists that it’s a worth companion to any meal, including breakfast.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 2 ounces Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 2 ounces Luxardo Bitter Bianco
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce lemon juice
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 1/2 ounce simple syrup
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • 3 cucumber slices
  • Prosecco, to top
  • Prosecco, to top

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass.
  2. Add ice and the cucumber slices.
  3. Cover with a shaker tin and shake to chill and bruise the cucumber.
  4. Top with prosecco.
