Imagine a spritz with the sweet, sour, refreshing zip of a Pimm’s Cup and you have Keith Larry’s Dandelo. Refreshing, effervescent and low-ABV, Larry insists that it’s a worth companion to any meal, including breakfast.
- 2 ounces Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1/2 ounce lemon juice
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 3 cucumber slices
- Prosecco, to top
- Combine all ingredients in a Collins glass.
- Add ice and the cucumber slices.
- Cover with a shaker tin and shake to chill and bruise the cucumber.
- Top with prosecco.
