This super-simple, low-proof punch from Barnacle in Seattle is built on a base of amontillado sherry with the added fall flavors of cranberry liqueur, spicy Byrrh and a splash of soda.

- 1 1/2 ounces amontillado sherry
- 1/2 ounce cranberry liqueur, preferably Clear Creek
- 1/2 ounce Byrrh
- soda, to top
Garnish: lemon peel
Directions
- Build in a collins glass over ice and garnish with a lemon peel.
