Dry Pornstar Daiquiri

Julian de Féral brought the Dry Daiquiri he learned while working at Match Bar Group to the West London members’ club Kindred. A cross between the Dry Daiquiri and another British modern classic, the Pornstar Martini, the Dry Pornstar Daiquiri is both sophisticated and playful.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces rum, preferably Plantation 3 Stars
  • 1 1/2 ounces rum, preferably Plantation 3 Stars
  • 1/4 ounce passion fruit syrup, preferably Monin
  • 1/4 ounce passion fruit syrup, preferably Monin
  • 1/4 ounce vanilla syrup, preferably Monin
  • 1/4 ounce vanilla syrup, preferably Monin
  • 1/2 ounce Bonanto aperitif
  • 1/2 ounce Bonanto aperitif
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice

Garnish: bar spoon of passion fruit caviar, sidecar of Prosecco

Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with ice.
  2. Shake vigorously to chill and dilute.
  3. Strain into a frozen coupette glass.
  4. Add a bar spoon of passion fruit caviar to a shot glass and top with Prosecco, then serve as a sidecar to the cocktail.
