A staple at Julie Reiner’s pioneering New York City bar, Flatiron Lounge, that calls on vodka, Lillet Blanc and Cointreau.
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc
- 1/4 ounce Cointreau
Garnish: orange twist
- Rinse a cocktail glass with the Cointreau and throw out excess Cointreau.
- In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the vodka and Lillet and stir until chilled.
- Strain into prepared glass and garnish with orange twist.
