Flatiron Martini

A staple at Julie Reiner’s pioneering New York City bar, Flatiron Lounge, that calls on vodka, Lillet Blanc and Cointreau.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces vodka
  • 1 1/2 ounces Lillet Blanc
  • 1/4 ounce Cointreau

Garnish: orange twist

Directions
  1. Rinse a cocktail glass with the Cointreau and throw out excess Cointreau.
  2. In a mixing glass filled with ice, combine the vodka and Lillet and stir until chilled.
  3. Strain into prepared glass and garnish with orange twist.
