Flatliner

Steve Foster | Telluride, Colorado

Silky and frothy, Telluride, Colorado’s unofficial cocktail bears resemblance to the Espresso Martini and to the Mudslide. But to the ski town’s residents, it’s a local classic. Though bartender Steve Foster first served the drink at The Peaks Resort & Spa, the recipe—and its legacy—has spread throughout the city. Today, you’ll find Foster shaking Flatliners at New Sheridan Chop House.
