Classic and new-wave come together in this Team Lyan recipe that makes use of Zoë Van Der Grinten’s “Guilty Pleasures” Rosé, for a fermented mash-up of rosé and the Margarita.
- 6 ounces blanco tequila
- 6 ounces "Guilty Pleasures" Rosé
- 4 ounces lime juice
- 1 tsp Peychauds bitters
- 4 ounces wildflower honey water (see Editor's Note)
- Add all ingredients to a blender with two scoops of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
- Pour into coupette glasses and garnish with a wheel of lime.
Wildflower Honey Water
Add equal parts wildflower honey and warm water, stirring to combine.
