Frosé Margarita

Adapted from Good Together

Classic and new-wave come together in this Team Lyan recipe that makes use of Zoë Van Der Grinten’s “Guilty Pleasures” Rosé, for a fermented mash-up of rosé and the Margarita.



  • 6 ounces blanco tequila
  • 6 ounces "Guilty Pleasures" Rosé
  • 4 ounces lime juice
  • 1 tsp Peychauds bitters
  • 4 ounces wildflower honey water (see Editor's Note)

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender with two scoops of crushed ice and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into coupette glasses and garnish with a wheel of lime.
Editor's Note

Wildflower Honey Water
Add equal parts wildflower honey and warm water, stirring to combine.
