Frozen Italian Mojito

PUNCH | Brooklyn, NY

Frozen Italian Mojito cocktail recipe

The classic Cuban cocktail (rum, lime juice, sugar, mint) goes full Italian in this frozen version, where the traditional white rum is replaced with the bittersweet aperitif wine Cocchi Americano. Otherwise, this drink sticks close to its roots, employing plenty of lime juice and mint.
