Frozen Sgroppino

To the repertoire of classic aperitivo cocktails at Alta Linea, Joe Campanale adds his Frozen Sgroppino, made in large batches and served via a slush machine at the restaurant. At home, this easy-to-make mix gets its texture from a scoop of lemon sorbet.


Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce vodka
  • 1 ounce limoncello
  • 1 scoop lemon sorbet
  • 1 splash prosecco

Garnish: lemon wheel

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix with a whisk.
  2. Pour the mixture into a glass and garnish with a lemon wheel.
