Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 1 ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Dolin
- 3/4 ounce Calvados, preferably Boulard
- 3/4 ounce Luxardo Bitter Bianco
- 1/4 ounce pear brandy, preferably Clear Creek
- 1/4 ounce verjus blanc, preferably Fusion
Garnish: Granny Smith apple fan
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass and stir to combine.
- Strain into a double Old-Fashioned glass over a large rock.
- Garnish with a Granny Smith apple fan.
