Green Dream

Dale DeGroff, The New Craft of the Cocktail

This minty shooter is a variation of a drink called the Strepe Chepe, created by wedding planner and lifestyle personality Colin Cowie. “I worked many parties with Colin, and there was always a moment after midnight when everyone spent the rest of the night on the dance floor,” recalls Dale DeGroff. This one-gulp shot “was the perfect fuel to make all those dancing fools happy!”
