Greta Garbo Daiquiri

Just a couple of dashes of anise-accented absinthe distinguishes this Daiquiri variation. It was created in Cuba, where it was named for the star of the silver screen. While the drink isn’t nearly as famous as the Hemingway Daiquiri, perhaps it ought to be: “It’s really good,” says Julio Cabrera. “It’s even better than the Clasico.”
