Ingredients
Serving: 1
- 1 ounce blanc vermouth, preferably Dolin
- 1 ounce white rum, preferably Banks 5
- 1/2 ounce lemon
- 3/4 ounce Don's mix (1:2, cinnamon syrup:grapefruit juice)
- 1/2 ounce simple syrup
- 2 dashes mole bitters, preferably Bittermens
Garnish: lemon wheel and mint sprig
Directions
- Shake all ingredients apart from soda water.
- Strain into a Collins glass and top with soda.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a mint sprig.
