Jessica King, co-owner of Brother Wolf in Knoxville, Tennessee, makes this hot drink during the holiday—and cold and flu—season. The drink takes inspiration from hot Aperol, the European Christmas staple and winter cousin of the Aperol Spritz, and adds complexity to the format with single malt Scotch and Italian soda.
