Equal parts Mancino Sakura and white port, this low-ABV cocktail is light and airy, with delicate floral flavor from Mancino Sakura vermouth.
- 1 1/2 ounces white port
- 1 1/2 ounces Mancino Sakura vermouth
- 2 dashes orange bitters
Garnish: edible flower or orchid
- Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and throw the cocktail six times.
- Pour into cube filled rocks glass.
- Garnish with an edible flower or orchid.
Throwing the cocktail cools and aerates the delicate spirits while still maintaining their integrity. A light stir over ice is also acceptable.
