Cherry Blossom Cocktail recipe

Equal parts Mancino Sakura and white port, this low-ABV cocktail is light and airy, with delicate floral flavor from Mancino Sakura vermouth.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 1/2 ounces white port
  • 1 1/2 ounces white port
  • 1 1/2 ounces Mancino Sakura vermouth
  • 1 1/2 ounces Mancino Sakura vermouth
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • 2 dashes orange bitters

Garnish: edible flower or orchid

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients into a shaker tin, add ice and throw the cocktail six times. 
  2. Pour into cube filled rocks glass. 
  3. Garnish with an edible flower or orchid.
Editor's Note

Throwing the cocktail cools and aerates the delicate spirits while still maintaining their integrity. A light stir over ice is also acceptable.
