Spirits specialist Ian Kearney takes his White Claw in the spritz direction, opting for a simple formula of one part tequila and half part Aperol topped with grapefruit White Claw.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1 ounce tequila
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • 1/2 ounce Aperol
  • 1 can grapefruit White Claw
  • 1 can grapefruit White Claw

Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except White Claw, in a double rocks glass over ice.
  2. Stir to integrate.
  3. Top with grapefruit White Claw.
