The herb-laden, anise-flavored liqueur has many possibilities as a cocktail mixer. This local version of the Cosmo comes from Ibiza’s largest producer of hierbas, Familia Marí Mayans.
- 2 ounces cranberry juice
- 1 1/2 ounces hierbas ibicencas
- 1/4 ounce lime juice
- 1/4 ounce simple syrup
Garnish: orange twist
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing tin and shake with plenty of ice.
- Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with an orange twist.
