Ink’s Mezcal Cocktail

Here, the spice and fruit notes of Byrrh are enhanced by the smokiness of the mezcal and the earthiness of beet juice to make an extremely unpredictable, yet balanced cocktail.


Serving: 1

  • 1 1/4 ounce mezcal
  • 3/4 ounce Byrrh
  • 1 ounce beet juice
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 3/4 ounce simple syrup
  • 2 dashes celery bitters

Garnish: lemon twist

  1. In a shaker tin, combine all ingredients with ice and shake.
  2. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice.
  3. Garnish with a lemon twist.
