Inspired by two major summer food groups, chips and guacamole, this is guaca-Margarita hybrid has just the right amount of kick. A basic Margarita recipe—that harbinger of summer months—is rendered spicy and savory, simultaneously, with the addition of fresh avocado slices, peppery cilantro and thin rounds of piquant jalapeño. Pick up the peppers from your local market, but be sure to taste them before using; they can vary dangerously in heat levels.
