MARTINI & ROSSI® Vermuttino

Martini & Rossi Vermuttino

The aperitivo does not need to be complicated. Consider the Vermuttino, a simple combination of MARTINI & ROSSI Ambrato Vermouth di Torino mingled with soda water over ice and garnished with caper berries or a lime slice. Dry, spicy and bittersweet in equal measure, it’s the epitome of early evening sprezzatura.

Ingredients

Serving: 1

  • 1 ounce MARTINI & ROSSI Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth
  • 1 ounce MARTINI & ROSSI Riserva Speciale Ambrato Vermouth
  • 3 ounces soda water
  • 3 ounces soda water

Garnish: Caper berry or lime slice

Directions
  1. Fill a highball glass with ice.
  2. Combine Ambrato and soda water.
  3. Stir gently.
  4. Garnish with caper berry or a lime slice.
