This green tea–based biz is used for the offbeat Matcha Colada, which has the unexpected inclusion of Green Chartreuse in it.
- 4 parts matcha vanilla syrup (see Editor's Note)
- 3 parts Coco Lopez
- 3 parts coconut milk
- Combine all ingredients in a bottle, seal and store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Matcha Vanilla Syrup:
Add 2 tablespoons of matcha per quart container of vanilla syrup. Blend until incorporated.
