Matcha Biz

This green tea–based biz is used for the offbeat Matcha Colada, which has the unexpected inclusion of Green Chartreuse in it.

Try it in a Piña Colada, Coquito or Cool as Clarence.

  • 4 parts matcha vanilla syrup (see Editor's Note)
  • 3 parts Coco Lopez
  • 3 parts coconut milk

  1. Combine all ingredients in a bottle, seal and store refrigerated for up to two weeks.
Editor's Note

Matcha Vanilla Syrup:
Add 2 tablespoons of matcha per quart container of vanilla syrup. Blend until incorporated.
